As well as providing a service to our domestic customers "Things To Go ?" also undertakes work for the many businesses operating in and around Chelmsford and the surrounding area. We will consider any job from a single envelope to larger items such as office furniture and display equipment. If it fits and it's legal we will carry it.
At present we have a long term commitment that takes up every weekday morning. Therefore we are only available for the afternoons, evenings and weekend. This is the reason that we prefer to operate within a 150 mile radius of Chelmsford. However we can and do go further afield if that is what the customer requires.
We do guarantee same day delivery if the booking is made before 2:00pm and the destination is within a 50 mile radius.
We base our prices on the distance to be travelled and not the amount or weight of the items to be carried and therefore as long as the consignment doesn't exceed the maximum load weight of the vehicle the price will be the same for a single item weighing 1kg or 20 items weighing 200kg.
We have full Courier insurance covering Hire and reward as well as Public Liability and Goods in Transit Insurance. All consignments will be well secured and POD will be obtained and a copy made available upon request. As a matter of courtesy you, as the client, will be contacted and informed at the moment your delivery has been made.
